L'Auberge du Marchand is a resounding success, thanks to the complicity of its manager, Kathleen St-Onge, its creative chef, Mathieu Kelly, and executive chef Maël Gauthier, at the helm of a trusted team. In high season, the company employs up to twenty people for its accommodation and catering operations.
