L'Auberge du Marchand is a resounding success thanks to the complicity of its manager, Kathleen St-Onge, and its creative chef, Mathieu Kelly, at the helm of a trusted team. In high season, the Auberge employs up to twenty people for its lodging and restaurant operations.
